Our Telecare client was struggling to manage a repetitive and on-going sickness absence. We provided regular, independent contact with both the client and the employee, and through our HR Medical Specialist service, were able get them back to work quickly and reduce future absences.

Our Health and Safety Consultants carried out a risk assessment for our client’s various offices and identified where they were exposed to risk. We were able to help them put in place simple measures that addressed these risks and ensured they complied with legislation.

We worked with our national estate-agency client to build their print and online advertising profile, alongside social media, video content and website optimisation. Through clever creative design, consistency in messaging and effective use of all marketing mediums, they were able to present a professional, unified voice which reinforced their company values and customer relevance, leading to increased website traffic, social engagement and enquiries.

We were initially engaged by our client to prepare a cash flow forecast for their bank to support an overdraft facility request. It quickly became evident that the company had no financial monitoring in place or key performance indicators and just relied on their historic year end accounts. We helped the owners set up a monthly management reporting function and a job costing system to monitor both the individual projects and the company’s financial performance. The owners are now fully aware of their financial performance which has increased turnover, improved cash flow and enabled them to make better informed business decisions.
